Features a dual purpose overhead workout bar that provides upper body muscle engagement and stability enhancement for pull-ups and chin-ups. When used with other fitness equipment (sold separately) including your existing home gym items such as a utility/weight bench, weight set with bar, and long resistance bands, you can safely and effectively perform your squats, military press, bench press, curls, shrugs, and other strength-endurance exercises with stability and versatility. Joined single-piece construction with U-shaped frame provides fixed stability with reinforced critical weld points to prevent wobbling. Weight plate storage posts provide safe and easy access when increasing and decreasing weight. Built-in band pegs with non-slip design allow additional band resistance exercises.
